How much does it cost to join the community?

Our all-inclusive rates start at $5,000, offering a comprehensive package that covers various amenities and services. However, we assess each situation to provide you with accurate prices.

What kind of services do you provide?

We offer 3 levels of care at Liana of Venice:

Memory care is our primary lifestyle. It offers care for those living with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.
Respite care is a lifestyle option for those looking for short-term stays while recovering from surgery, injury, or illness.
Hospice care is a lifestyle service that provides a comfortable quality of life to those with advanced illnesses or conditions.

Do residents have access to doctors?

Absolutely. Several doctors regularly visit Liana of Venice to perform various medical services. We also have a nursing staff on-site 24/7 for all our residents’ immediate needs.

Do you provide transportation for appointments?

Yes. If your loved one needs to leave our community to make an appointment, we’ll gladly help arrange transportation.

Can insurance pay for memory care services?

Insurance coverage varies from person to person, but we’re here to help. We can review your insurance plan and develop a payment strategy that suits you and your loved one.

Can we decorate our loved one’s room?

We highly encourage every resident to make their suite feel like home.

Don’t hesitate to bring their favorite pictures, books, art, and anything else to make your loved one feel comfortable and at ease.

Can our loved one bring a pet?

While pets can greatly enhance one’s quality of life, we cannot provide pet care services.

If a family member wishes to join our community and already has a pet, we suggest finding a new home for the animal with a friend or family member. This way, your loved one can continue to maintain a bond with their beloved furry companion.
